Thought i had already uploaded these but cant find them anywhere. Anyways, these are from 1986. I can still remember walking round the corner and discovering the top piece and instantly noting how he had used the "S" shape to create his "B".

Beano styled bboy characters!! Its the way forward.

If you have ever watched Beat Street then you will know all about Spit. Probably deserves to be dissed simply for the shocking spelling of "wariors"

Here is how Jaze's AUA piece looks nearly 24 years later.
Given that this was carpaint on what looks like an unprimed wall its pretty mental it is visible at all. The yellow & green looks pretty vibrant I wonder if the letters & bubbles were emulsioned first?
The ghost of the "Crime of the 80's" piece is still visible on the wall behind this also!

Sin Dundee 86/87

Early pieces from Dundee by Sin. As with everyone else, highly "influenced" by what was available to graff writers at the time but no mistaking the mans skills particularly on the bottom piece.

Met up with him a few months back, had a chat about "spitting" pieces and all that good old school stuff.

DREAM 1986

Done on the back of Linlathen High School. The school was covered in full coloured graff pieces, everyone knew who was responsible including the teachers. Then some arse comes along and paints a naked picture of one of the 3rd years and that was that!! Graffiti proof paint was applied to most surfaces. A few pieces went up after that but these were quickly water blasted off the wall.

Couple of flix from an old school Dundee writer who had a few graff names but everyone knew as Con. Usual story, breaker turns writer etc etc.....

As with most stuff that was goin on at the time these are heavily influenced by what we had available at the time - which was not a lot! Wizard piece was influenced by weetabix. Cant remember what the Duck piece was based upon.

These were painted on my school which was probably the first hall of fame in Dundee

"Design" on the wall at the back of where the Fire Station is now at the foot of Ardler (Housing Estate in Dundee) To the left of this was a great piece that said "Crime of the 80's"(Emulsion fill, spray outline from what I can remember) Hopefully we can track down that one.

Another one that I would draw endlessly from memory.
