Anon - Its only a personal opinion. Regardless of whether or not he has seen every piece of graff that has ever been painted or not, this may still be in his opinion "some of the best graff" that he has ever seen. Nothing really dumb in that, just that you dont agree with his opinion. Personally i really like this style, quite unique and well executed.
