Doesn't look like it was done in the same year as the other Zorro piece? Just goes to show what improvements can be made in a short space of time.

Whatever, lovin the mid 80's stuff - brings a tear to my cynical eye haha

There's bound to be more from all parts of Scotland tucked away in some dusty albums? C'mon tae fuck get rummaging and have it documented here.

Ha - I just had to take a guess at this one as didnt have the exact info on what the year was. Maybe Zorro might drop by and fill us in.

Hopefully gonna get a pile of mid eighties stuff from Dundee, some of which will blow your mind. Might not come off but here's hoping....

Most of the mid eighties graffiti is so alike total spraycan art would love to see some examples of stuff which was thinking outside the box?

You have got to remember at the time we were all 12,13 & 14 years old with no frames of reference, we didnt even know there was a box, let alone how to think outside of it! We were trying to emulate snippets of graff glanced on early music videos & magazine articles. The styles that were in spraycan art were the styles that were around & developing at the time, obviously once that book came out everything went into hyperdrive. It is worth remembering that some of the styles out at the time were really outside the box, particularly the NonStop Crew & a bunch of other stuff, if you were to see one of those pieces in the flesh today you would still be like "bloody hell!"

I think what anonymous is saying is a lot of the styles from that time were just Chrome Angelz biting which is hardly surprising as it was the dopest shit ever.

Also the Non stop was really the TCA with more highlights and blander letters IMO.
